If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

2. Description of Services

Pretorius Projects provides a collection of web-based tools and platforms:

• Viideo A video sharing and hosting platform.
• Art Describer An AI-powered tool that generates descriptions of uploaded artwork images.
• Thumbshrt A tool that creates eye-catching custom thumbnails for YouTube Shorts.
• CopyChek An AI-powered copywriting tool that generates conversion-optimized sales copy using neuroscience and marketing strategies.
• Arts.bz A creative arts platform for discovering, sharing, and exploring art.
• The Receptionist An AI-powered receptionist that answers after-hours calls, books appointments, and captures leads for businesses.
• Qik A service providing fast, modern landing pages and website redesigns that convert.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree that you will:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Not use the services for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or infrastructure.
• Not upload, share, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the services.

4. Intellectual Property

5. AI-Generated Content

Some services (such as Art Describer and CopyChek) use artificial intelligence to generate outputs based on user inputs. You acknowledge that:

• AI outputs should not be relied upon as professional advice of any kind.
• We do not claim ownership of AI-generated outputs provided to you.

6. Limitation of Liability

The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of Pretorius Projects shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the services.
