Answers to common questions about our services.
After an appointment is booked, we send the confirmation as a text message (SMS) with the appointment details, instead of relying on email collected during the call. Email addresses given over the phone are often mistyped or misheard; the caller's mobile number is already in context for the conversation (for example, the number they are calling from or a number they confirm for SMS), so a text confirmation is more reliable.
Verbal opt-in: During the call, the assistant/salesperson explains that a text message will be sent with their booking information and asks whether they agree to receive that message. We send the SMS only after the caller clearly agrees (for example, yes). If they do not agree, no confirmation text is sent.
These messages are transactional: they confirm the appointment and related details tied to the booking. They are not used as a general marketing list.
